			<p>Już 14 sierpnia 2025 r. startuje rządowy program pilotażowy, który może zmienić organizację pracy w Polsce. Pracodawcy z całego kraju – zarówno z sektora publicznego, jak i prywatnego – będą mogli przetestować <strong>skrócony czas pracy</strong> z solidnym dofinansowaniem: nawet 20 000 zł na każdego pracownika.</p>
<p>To pierwsza tego typu inicjatywa w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej, w pełni finansowana z Funduszu Pracy, elastyczna, dobrowolna i dostępna dla szerokiego grona firm.</p>

<p>Program nie narzuca gotowych rozwiązań. To pracodawcy zaprojektują swoje modele organizacji pracy. W grę wchodzą m.in.:</p>

<li><strong>krótsze dni robocze,</strong></li>
<li><strong>dłuższe urlopy,</strong></li>
<li><strong>elastyczne godziny rozpoczęcia pracy.</strong></li>

<p>Kluczowe jest dopasowanie do realiów firmy i dobrowolność. Uczestnicy sami zdecydują, jaką formę skrócenia czasu pracy chcą wdrożyć i jak zmierzą jego skuteczność.</p>

<p>Z programu mogą skorzystać firmy, które:</p>

<li>prowadzą działalność od minimum 12 miesięcy,</li>
<li>zatrudniają co najmniej 75% osób na umowę o pracę (lub równoważne formy zatrudnienia),</li>
<li>obejmą projektem co najmniej 50% zatrudnionych,</li>
<li>utrzymają poziom zatrudnienia i wynagrodzeń w trakcie trwania projektu,</li>
<li>nie pogorszą warunków pracy osób objętych programem.</li>

<p>Dofinansowanie wynosi do 20 000 zł na jednego pracownika, a łączna wartość wsparcia dla jednego projektu może sięgnąć 1 miliona złotych.</p>
<p>W latach 2025–2027 na program przeznaczono 50 milionów złotych, z czego 10 milionów zł trafi do firm już w pierwszym roku.</p>
